Product Introduction:
This grade is uncoated and can be delivered as hot rolled or pickled. After hot stamping, the grade possesses high strength which can be applied in anticollision parts in passenger car or in parts, axle housing, wheel in commer- cial vehicle that ask for lightweight, sharply reducing vehicle weight.
Available specification Grade State Yield strength, MPa Tensile strength, MPa Elongation A 80mm(%) 180° Bending test, b = 35 mm 1.2 ~3.0mm LR1500HS Before hot stamping ≥320 480~800 ≥ 13 d = 2a 3.0 ~6.0mm LR1500CV After hot stamping ≥1150 ≥1480 ≥ 5 d = 4a Remark: 1）a is test thickness, b is width of cold bending test, d is bending diameter. 2）The direction of tensile sample is transverse, i.e. P10 sample in GB/T 228. The direction of cold bending is transverse, i.e. GB/T 232 flap type test.
