　　With unique composition design, heating the sheet to austenitizing temperature, fast cooling in the hot stamping mold, the final tensile strength of the parts can reach 1300-2000mpa,Hot forming steel can meet the requirements of automobile collision safety performance as well as weight and emission reduction. There are a series of hot forming products in LY Steel, including LG1500, LG1500 Plus , LG1800, LG2000, which are widely used in industries such as automobile and police equipment.

　　LG1500PLUS is a technical innovation based on LG1500, it has excellent oxidation resistance and welding performance at high temperature, avoiding the subsequent shot blasting treatment, and dust emission, meanwhile it can solve the deformation problem caused by large parts in the shot blasting process. It can be used instead of
coated products and reduce carbon emissions by about 193kg/t compared with coated products .

　　Performance characteristics: LG1500-LG2000 meets the requirements of collision safety and structural strength, with excellent hydrogen brittleness resistance and extreme tip cold bending performance, less scale after hot stamping, high production efficiency. LG1500PLUS also has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and laser welding performance.

　　Main applications: Widely used in automobile A , B pillar, front and rear anti-collision beam , threshold beam, longitudinal beam , door ring and other parts . LG1800 and LG2000 can also be used in the manufacture of bulletproof steel plate.
