Product Introduction:

The composition of LGNS-1 is to add 0. 13 Ni on the basis of ND, which is sulfuric acid dew point resistant steel specially developed for the tobacco industry. Compared with CRIR , 304 stainless steel , high-strength weathering steel and carbon steel imported from Japan, the corrosion resistance is excellent, and the specific data are shown in the following table:

09CrCuSb steel is the world’s most ideal "sulfuric acid low temperature dew point corrosion-resistance" steel, widely used in economizer serving in high sulfur-contained smoke, air preheater, heat exchanger and evaporator, which is used to resist sulfur flue dew point corrosion.

LGNS-P is to replace 316L, 2205 in the environment of "resistance to low temperature dew point corrosion of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid", and applied on economizer serving in high sulfur-contained smoke, air preheater, heat exchanger, MVR evaporator, sewage processor to resist dew point corrosion of sulfur, chlorine, fluorine and other media
